I recently signed a payment provision agreement for BankAxept with my bank connection. Why must I now enter into a direct agreement with BankAxept?


It is now a required that all merchants sign a payment provision agreement directly with BankAxept in order to offer BankAxept’s payment solutions. Until now, BankAxept’s services have been provided through the merchant’s bank connection. You have or will receive information about this change directly from the bank.

BankAxept is continually developing new services, including contactless payment for cards and mobile phones, online payment, and direct-account payments through partners. 

These services will hold merchants’ costs low, regardless of the BankAxept payment method favored by the customer.
