How does it work?
When using the backup solution, payment is authorized with a PIN or signature and ID check. If the purchase amount exceeds 2500 kroner, manual authorization from the card-issuing bank is required. Follow the instructions on the payment terminal. The merchant is responsible for ensuring that the payment terminal is set up for the backup solution.
